When i reinstalled my computer i though to try a new more secure way then what i used before see

I’ve added a new File group and allowed to the programs it normally execute but it doesn’t work, am i doing something wrong or is this a bug ?
File group:
“Temp cmd / bat files”
%TEMP%*.bat
%TEMP%*.cmd
allowed applications
…yasm.exe
…make.exe
