Help not working

I installed the latest version of CTM (2.5.129464.157).
If I click on Help icon, Help will open without any problem. But once I close it, it never opens again unless I restart CTM. I am using Windows XP SP3.

I tried HELP on my XP but it works correctly. Would you tell me the detailed reproduce steps, such as taking snapshot or restoring system. Thanks very much!

What I do is

1. Open CTM by double clicking CTM icon on desktop. CTM opens and Tree view of snapshots is shown.
2. Click the Help icon on the top right corner. Help opens.
3. Close Help.
4. Try to Open Help again by the same way. This time it doesn’t open.

I hope this will help find the cause.

Hi,

I tried yout steps but can not reproduce it, so I think there may be some other things causing this bug. Do you have any security software or some software suspicious for this issue?
