help, newbie user restore problem

I HAVE JUST DISCOVERED COMODO AND SO PERFORMED A BACKUP OF MY C DRV ONTO A POORTABLE HARD DISC. NOW I CANNOT LOCATE OR USE THIS BACKUP. On the restore screen
“Restoring files from backup”,
it asks me to
“select backup from list”

however this drop down toolbox list is empty

what is wrong…?

can someone please explain to me how i should perform a full c drv backup to an external disc and how to restore this said backup …

A few questions for you:

Was this backup created thru the Windows backup utility?

If you navigate to the removable drive, do you see the backup file copy there?

Also, did you install the Comodo FW?

Why are you needing to restore the backup?
