at list just say that is normal or abnormal (in this situation I hope u can provide some useful on how to deal with).
In lower pane [handles] of procees explorer from sysinternals I see this (this is the suspect part from cmdagent) :

Now, I have no idea what it means, but I don’t think is normal since cmdagent is the only one doing it. Another thing is that if I switch to show the dlls in lower pane there is nothing for cmdagent. They appear only if I exit cpf.exe.
Any help appreciated.

It is most likely the self-protection mechanism in the firewall, to stop the hijacking or killing of the process.

This is so cool. I mean, I never heard about that.
I will dig more into this cause I found it very interesting.
