HELP ME!!!! I want to open Ports 3724 and 6112, but they don't go that high

I’m really confused, I don’t want to just make them and have them open just in case I mess my comp up more than I already have

And have 6881 through 6999 open as well.

I am not sure I understand your predicament. You can create a global rule to open these ports. Start the GUI > Firewall > Advanced > Network Security Policy > Global Rules.

Those sound like the ports used by World of Warcraft to get updates. They have to be forwarded in your router, if you have one. My router forwarded them automatically. Depending on your configuration of CIS, you may or may not also have to create a global rule to allow those ports. I didn’t have to just like I didn’t have to for my uTorrent port. If it is from World of Warcraft, only the 3724 port actually has to be forwarded.
