Hi … Hopefully you can help me with this query
Im Currently running CAV Beta Version , & im getting notification, stating support will stop on 20th november 2008, telling me to update to Comodo Internet security via > Comodo Firewall | Get Best Personal Firewall Software for $29.99 A Year , is this correct ?

If I install will i be able to run just the anti - virus part of it & not the firewall ? … Thanx .

The answer is yes! You will have to completely uninstall your current CAVS 2.0 beta, and then launch the CIS installer. In this you can uncheck the Firewall and voilá, you’re about to install CAV 3.5.

Thanx , Do I just uninstall CAVS 2.0 beta from control panel Add / Remove ?

Edit : Im Wondering If I need to carry over some settings ?

Yes, you should be able to uninstall from there. However, it’s possible that CAVS 2.0 beta leaves traces. If so, and you encounter problems, please check back to the forum if you need help to remove it completely.

That’s hardly possible, as CAV 3.5 is a completely different program. You should be fine installing it from scratch.
