Having real issues trying to remove a registry key, would appreciate any help

Apologies if this issue has been resolved - ive just arrived on the forum and not very computer savvy.
Ive tried to remove comodo and the PC says its gone, but when I ran the CIS cleanup tool is says :
Cannot remove ‘2147483650\System\VritualRoot’ registry key. Error 5: Access denied.
i have run the tool both times as administrator.
would appreciate any assistance to remove this key.
