AV part of CIS detects this worm as Kido. I believe D+ will also alert you to any BO attempts (trying to infect your pc) and I would also expect the firewall to alert you too. So you should be safe ;D.

Edit: Are you running CIS inc. Firewall, AV and D+ or just the firewall (firewall plus D+).
