HardDiskVolumeShadowCopy block

8.2.0.4674/23001, Win 8.1. I’ve got a file’s path excluded in AV. While running a backup program (SyncBackPro), the file was detected and apparently blocked from being copied as an unwanted application. It shows in Comodo’s Logs as \Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy32.…[location]. See screenshots for Comodo and SBP. How do I stop this blocking?

Edit the exclusion path with *\SetupImgBurn_2.5.8.0.exe by double-clicking on the current exclusion for imgburn.

Thanks. Didn’t work, same error message. I could just delete it, but it’s worth learning how to handle this type of situation.

Then all I can suggest is to disable the real time AV scanner when running a backup and turn it back on when done. Maybe report this as a bug? If the AV can detect that type of path (\Device\Harddisk\VolumeShadowCopy32) it should be able to exclude that path too.
