When attempting to log on as a new user, Hacker Guardian will not accept the password sent in my email?? What gives??
I have the same problem when using Firefox. Try with Internet Explorer.
It can take up to 10 minutes for the Hackerguardian database to be updated with the new password.
So, give it 10 minutes and try again.
If it hasn’t worked please submit a ticket at http://support.comodo.com

I’ve waited over 30 minutes now and still it won’t let me log in. I’ve even requested a password reset, it took over 15 minutes to receive the email with the reset password, and even that won’t let me log in. Not a very user-friendly system.
Please confirm that you completed the password reset, then waitied the 30 minutes before login in to Hackerguardian.
