[GUI] CIS icons are not properly scaled at 120 DPI

Since the original thread was in beta section and was closed I decided to start a new one. Original thread is here.

Operating system: Windows 7 Pro 64bit
CIS version: 4.0.141842.828
Screen Resolution: 1680x1050
DPI: 120

GUI Issue:
CIS icons are not properly scaled at 120 DPI. I made a comparison using the icon extracted from cfp.exe. On the left side is shown how the icons should look , and on the right side how they look now.
