Graphics cards help needed!

Ok I don’t have allot of knowledge about graphics cards so here is my question. I just received an older computer from a friend as they were getting rid of it so I said I would take it.

Its a Dell OptiPlex GX and it has a Intel 845g in it (Intel® 82845G Graphics Controller). I have an old ATI Radeon 9000 256A and was wondering which would be better?
