Got issues with ESM Pro Edition 3.5

Hi,

i installed ESM trial and install full option on a client and i got some issues below:
1- i dont see option run virtual of SandBox
2- when i access ESM via web from client and then remote to another client - it get error “server disconnect code 1015” -
3- some application on client i cant uninstall them from ESM console
4- when i remote to client, it has to wait 30s can i config time?

anyone can help me
