I see an on going issue with the sync not working. same here but I also cannot log into my Godady account with Comodo Dragon. in IE it works fine.

Our Secure DNS service reports parts of Godaddy as unsafe. If you want to use Godaddy on Comodo Dragon you have to disable the Secure DNS feature (in chrome://settings/?search=secure+dns). Though we don’t recommend to keep this feature disabled.
