Google search engine wont work

I installed CIS v7, but somehow I cant open google pages, other search engines work ok (yahoo etc.)

I added these rules for Utorrent

if I disable firewall google search engine works. Im using firefox

I deleted those rules and just added

Alllw ip in and out from mac any to mac any where protocol is any rule for utorrent.

And google search engine works ok-

but is there security problem with that rule, is there any rule I could add to increase security

i had to disable sites filter
1 site 15 minutes to load… after turning ■■■■ site filter off the sites did load normal
