I requested a certificate using Chrome browser. I received the email and clicked the link for collecting and installing the certificate. However, Chrome freezes, never completing the process!
I cannot ask for another certificate using another browser, as COMODO says a certificate for this email address is already generated.
I also cannot revoke the certificate, since I do not have a revocation code, which, I guess, is given during the certificate installation.
Now what do I need to do to get this sorted out?
