The default Allow All Outgoing Requests If The Target Is In [Home Network] and Allow All Incoming Requests If The Sender Is In [Home Network] Global rules are set up to allow IP traffic to any system on my home network. For some reason, I still get prompted when things like the spooler service, etc. try to connect to systems that are included in the Home Network. Should the global allow rule take precedence?
Outgoing traffic will first see the application rules and then the Global Rules. So you need to make rules for spooler service etc.
