I would never consider using it (not going into details).
First, use free backup solutions for your data. Even those as simple as 88) 7z
Then you always have free recovery Software in case of “oh! I just permanently deleted something important!”
Other things are simple jokes: … formatted disk ???.. what about areas wiped out by “Shredders”
After all, GOATD’s Software are not updatable. So, despite you can find & install many that you can use in a future being “as is”(no updates/no support) there are categories of Software where doing that would be waste of time & disk space.
After all that’s done for promotion… But paying ~ $140 dollars in a future as for this one in particular… No thanks – I’d rather buy 4TB external HDD
