I would recommend reporting it by creating a new topic in this section of the forum. Then post a link to the VirusTotal report of the file in your topic and Comodo will analyze it.

Eventually, upload your sample to http://camas.comodo.com/ in order to see if anything suspicious/malicious done by the binary could be flagged.
