GeekBuddy non-connectivity

Hello, After running the CCE program, an alert generated that said I have suspicious programs and processes running and to connect to GB for further help.
I tried, but waited to be assigned a tech for over 30 minutes…twice.
I know I can connect as I have before but I did not have the time to stay on and was to to come back when I had time; so I did.
I just want to make sure that I did not somehow block my computer from connecting to GB.

Oh, I plan to buy the full CIS next Friday (payday!) but until then I have to make due with the free trial version.

How did your your problem turn out?
