Geekbuddy chatbox is not working properly.
When I click on the Geekbuddy desktop icon, the communication screen with chatbox for technician to chat me is not working at my end, and is also to small to read. I can just make out a message being typed out by technican but I cannot read it. This problem has just happened today. I have tried reinstalling Geekbuddy but the problem persists. Any ideas on how this problem can be fixed.
