Malwarebytes thinks that Geekbuddy (atleast its registry entries which were leftovers after uninstalling it (no wonder geekbuddy detected near 800 errors in registry and ccleaner found only 5)) is PUP (not that its that far from it) so maybe you should enlight Malwarebytes.
I do wonder what Malwarebytes has against COMODO GeekBuddy?
The same problem here. I would like to know how to solve this. Because I haven’t found any setting on malwarebytes to make a exception.
