After reading more info on the net I have decided to uninstall the game and try to remove gameguard.
So thats what I did I uninstalled the game.
I then used Ccleaner to the registry and removed only the ones that said gameguard, gamemon, rappelz or anything else pertaining to the game.
I then searched on my computer for gameguard, gamemon, sframe, launcher etc. etc. and it showed allot of prefetch data. I have not touched this yet.
I remember it mentioning there was something in system32 so I went there.
This was in system32 ~ GameMon.des.exe so I deleted it.
I then ran Hijackthis and here is the log for it.

Of course now I am gonna run Malwarebytes, Superantispyware and Avira and see if anything comes up..however I have ran these when the game was installed and there was nothing detected by any of the three.
