If FW & D+ Only is installed i.e No AV installed, is it possible to import AV databases for CCE?

I have CIS 6 (AV is also installed) installed on Win 7 64 but the integrated CCE doesn’t shows import databases option as shown in your screenshot.
In CCE, is the import databases option shown only when AV is not installed?

When CIS full suite is installed then import databases is under about screen.
When AV is not installed then import databases is under CCE.
