Hello,

  • Full scan: 0 threat
  • Quick scan: 0 threat
  • Rating scan: Trust level 0% due to 2 Untrusted Certificates (XBL Server IPsec issuing CA & XBL Client IPsec issuing CA)
    It seems that these certificates are related to the XBox that I do not use. I think I can do the “Clean” action.

My question, during the full scan the certificates are not checked?

Thank you for reporting, the full scan checks/scan every file, folder and drive on your device.
In addition it scans the USB and the external drives.
So, the full scan doesn’t check the trust-rating of files and root certificates on your PC.

Does CAV check the certificates of websites when they are consulted or is this normally the role of CISE?

when you visit a site, the CISE checks its certificates.
Kindly refer the below links.

When you run rating scanning it checks the trust rating of all root certificates in your browser’s TCS to ensure they are legitimate.
