At the moment I am using TrueCrypt, however, it was not able to fully encrypt my drive.
The system-encryption on Truecrypt allows you to encrypt the drive that Windows in installed on
http://www.truecrypt.org/docs/?s=system-encryption
However, I installed my home directory on a separate partition using an autounattend.xml file.
This means that my C: drive is encrypted, by my D: drive isnt because
a) Truecrypt will only encrypt one system drive/partition
b) Can’t encrypt the second partition because there are always files in use.
Will Comodo Disk Encryption be able to encrypt by whole drive with this setup?
