Frequent Disconnects Uninstalled CIS Need help

Internet frequently disconnects and I have to troubleshoot every 10 min in order to get my connection back.
Two Errors ( Always )

  1. Connection doesn’t have a valid IP
  2. windows can’t communicate with the device or resource (primary dns server)

I am using broadband , no router , no wifi .

I have uninstalled CIS and now I am using Malwarebyte 14 day trial .

I need help in order to fix this problem !
