You can check Opened files view : it lets you see a list of files that are currently opened on your system as well as the process that is currently holding the file open.

Both the installer and the tool are wrongly flagged as dangerous/unknow.

This False Positive has been fixed. You can check with Virus Signature Database version 7582 and confirm it.
