FP - Heur.Pck.RLPack

Hi,

Was installing Power DVD 9 on a friend’s computer and came across the following alerts which I believe to be false positives. Please see screenshot.

Unfortunatly I do not have a copy of the files to do a virus total scan.

My colleague have processed CyberLink PowerDVD 9.1501D. But no files are found as threat by CIS. Please offer your CIS product version. And If you submit file it will be helpful for us to fix.

Hi.

I get the same problem when starting PoverDVD for the first time on my new computer branded with CyberLink PowerDVD version 7.3.3314.0. The problem I have is just on one file, and that the program refuse to start any more.
I have uploaded the files comodo report???

I have the 1099 virus data base.

Hi wandborg,

You can use the following steps to restore a file from quarantine:
[1]. In CIS main window, Choose “Quarantined Items”
[2]. Select the file you want to restore and click “Restore” option
[3]. Restored file will be saved in actual location,

Please submit the restored file.
