Sorry, but I can’t do that; as soon as I recover them from Quarantine in order to submit them, a red alert is appearing in the right down corner and it’s sent to Quarantine again. >:( And I cannot reach the Quarantine through the Win Explorer; access denied (admin as well as guest account)
