Forum support french ?

Hello,
Really disappointed by Comodo in French media, in fact, I was moderator of several months with pleasure to put forward a good product as CIS.
Having decided to stop the assistance has disappeared because no successor is in place.
Comodo sorely lacking in communication, only the English fashion forum allows to help others abroad is not taken into account.
Shame.
I contacted by PM Melih, no response from him?

I am sorry but the Forum has always been a member based help ie:- the users of CIS help each other.

Staff only come for Beta releases and check Bug reports, but very rarely actually post.

Do you mean support by Geekbuddy or support at the forums? Support at the forums is only by members among each other. There is no official support by Comodo employees at the forums.
