I used to use Ashampoo Magical Security, which permits you to speedily encrypt and decrypt files and folders, also including the option to excrypt them as self-extracting .exe files, and including the option to either leave or securely wipe the original files. AMS does not work under Win 7. The options offered by the Comodo encryption utility are very limited.
