Firewall won't start since last update

Diagnostics says errors were found. A report has been created (attached).
What do I need to do please?

Have you tried performing a clean re-install of CIS? Also try uninstalling Comodo ISE (Internet Security Essentials).

I don’t have ISE, just the firewall. It auto-updated so no, I have not attempted a reinstall.
Unlike others who have had issues running Win 7 Ultimate x64, I’m using Win 10 Pro x64 (v1909).

Should I download the stand alone installer and attempt a reinstall?

Edit: I updated Windows and now the firewall appears to be running.
