I’ve installed CIS several times on my new Dell 64 bit Vista.Wiped it clean,reinstalled Vista 64 bit back on and then a upgrade to Win 7 64 bit.Cis firewall only was installed and I get a message that some elements are not working.I have a flag on the taskbar with a red X on it telling me that message.I do have the Windows firewall turned off.Please give me some advice on this .
