1: I removed all remnants of Comodo Internet secuity 8.xx and made clean installation of Comodo Internet security 9.xx
2: the firewall allows external connections when an application tries to access the internet exploring other applications. (see images)
3: running of safe applications and unknown malware can access the internet, exploring safe applications

Firewall failed and did not behave as the stable version of Comodo Internet Security 8.xx

correct the error or bug. Improvements in firewall module, to ensure that applications are not exploited by applications trying to access the internet, if the modules: Sandbox, hips and antivirus are disabled or fail.

More personal opinion that useful information.
Since this is a suite, the modules must be independent barriers so that if one module fails, the other protects and because it is an alpha / beta. I think, is a case to think about.
