Firewall Events

I’m getting 9999+ firewall events daily and it’s getting out of hand. They are all blocking Windows Operating System from various source IPs. They are all trying to use port 25865 and that is the port I have forwarded for BitTorrent. If anyone knows how to remedy this, please let me know.
