Firewall deleting my FTP Uploads

With Comodo running, when I upload to my ftp server, the files show up but are 0 bytes. If I close COMODO, it works fine. I had it fixed for a while, but this problem keeps reoccuring and I dont’ recall how to fix it. I have the parent program set to be allowed for everything in, out, upside down and all around.

I also have this problem but M$ (Dos) FTP does work allbeit harder going

I also get a real problem if I use my FTP client (WS_FTP) to view permissions (CHMOD) it sets them beyond my reach an ddirectorys disapear from view
