Firewall Blocks Windows Operating System

I am always receiving logs of Windows Operating System being blocked.
Windows Operating System is not even a listed process in task manger so what is it? and why is it getting blocked?
Firewall security level is training mode, none application as been blocked yet ( I have checked Internet security policy all the applications are allowed).

WOS is a pseudo process. When does not see a program listening to the incoming traffic it will log WOS blocked the traffic.

In short: the firewall is doing what it is supposed to do: block unsolicited traffic.
