When I try to download utorrent directly from utorrent.com, the firewall blocks my access.
Why is the firewall blocking my access? It seems like the firewall is trying to do more than it is supposed to.

Are you using Web filtering? Are you using Comodo Secure DNS?
This is a known issue, enter the website filtering exclusions here: Defining or Modifying Website Categories, Comodo Internet Security | COMODO
And add: download-new.utorrent.com/endpoint/utorrent/os/windows/track/stable/
