Comodo Firewall Pro is compatible with all major web browsers. I’m sure there wouldn’t be a problem with minor ones either 
All it really does is ask you “is this program something you want running?”. If you meant something else then please rephrase your question and be more specific. If I got it right then let me know so we’ll know your question has been answered

Yes- CFP 3 will protect you in any Browser. You will receive alerts too. Depending on your configuration.
