I just installed this program and am just discovering how it works.
So far seems to be doing fine, except for 1 thing: If I upload a file to my webserver with FileZilla, the filename is created remotely, but it stays empty at 0 bytes.
I tried allowing all traffic from filezilla but that did not help.
Turning comodo off did.
In the application monitor settings, filezilla is set to connect in and out both over udp/tcp, to any ip and at any port.
The parent application is set to explorer: what does this mean?
I tried skipping parent ap. but same thing happens.
I don’t understand why it won’t work.
Please help!
There is another thread about this. He had the same problem you have. I don’t have any problems at all with FTP. It doesn’t matter what settings i use… :o
Try to turn off application monitor when you upload a image to your webserver, and see if it works.
I will try again with new settings…
I have now for my FTP-program in Application Monitor: Parent: C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe
Apply the following criteria: General: Allow / TCP or UDP / In/Out Destination IP: Any Destination port: Any Miscellaneous:
Allow invisible… : enabled
Skip advanced… : enabled
