Files Submission Failed.. are they too big?

For weeks not my Comodo v3 has been trying to submit 3 files for checking. They are quite large (20Mb, 22Mb 21Mb). One is aaw2007 and the other two from Skype. In the file submission window the get about 50% of the way through before I get an error window that the submission was aborted. This keeps trying about 20 times per day.

Any ideas what this could be and what I need to do about it?

Since they’re most likely safe you can probably just remove them. Go to misc, remove files.

Thanks… I will delete them, but why is it happening?

Not sure but like you said maybe they’re too big. Hopefully, someone with more knowledge than me, will chime in.

I cannot find the exact post ATM but installers were not meant to be sent to Comodo.
Although this could be changed anytime you can always remove these entries manually as it would prove more useful to submit installed files.
This will spare you a lot of bandwidth. :slight_smile:
