File unknown on first run, but then as Trusted when ran again

I’ve noticed that sometimes when a file is first run, and that file is Trusted by Valkyrie, CIS labels the file as ‘Unknown’.

If you then wait around 30 seconds, then do a ‘Lookup’ on the file from the CIS File List, or just run it again, the file will then be classed as Trusted.

I was wondering what causes this delay?

I thought all files were checked at run-time with Comodo servers?

P.s. This was a file within an application (Mullvad) submitted for Whitelisting on this forum.
