File runs without CIS Doesn't run with CIS

Have a program which will not run under Windows 7 and CIS yet un-install CIS and it works perfectly.

Have set Defense to Paranoid to catch pop ups, when the popup asks me if this add in for Outlook can run I answer allow and nothing happens.

Program will not run and I cannot find anywhere in the Defense area rules where this file is blocked. Software manufacturer is listed in the Trusted List. Not showing as blocked.

Anyone have an idea where I am going wrong in trying to allow same.

Have exact same software running successfully on Office machines all the same CIS Win 7 set up. One machine out of 12 giving me problems.

Would appreciate some help if possible

Try the suggestions in App. is not working correctly, but does not seem to be s/boxed. What to do? [v5].

Solved the problem eventually by adding to the exclusions area under the Defense>Execution Control Settings>Exclusions
