Feb 23, 2011 : Mysteriously Comodo Freezes Windows 7 x64 PCs

Since this morning, mysteriously Comodo has started freezing up Windows 7 64bit PCs. I had to boot into Safe Mode and uninstall Comodo from five different PCs. All of 'em were Win 7 x64.

is this Windows 7 x64 specific bug or something ? anyone else having similar hang ups on Win 7 or other Windows…

[if anyone else is wondering on how to uninstall a program in safe mode… in order to start Windows installer in safe mode, you’ll need to run this in command window and you can uninstall any program from ‘Programs & Feature’

REG ADD “HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot\Network\MSIServer” /VE /T REG_SZ /F /D “Service”

Hello.
I have the same problem. I do not use Comodo AV. I reinstalled Windows 3 times. Even on a clean system (without AV), Comodo is not worked properly. For Windows 7 x86 everything was ok, but the x64 is the problem. With Comodo Internet Service Sercurity Helper Service computer will start in 20 minutes. Service off - computer works pertectly and start in 20 seconds, but does not work online. Anyone know 100% effective solution?
