i want to modify the settings i set. ie, i let someone in, can i now disallow this? i can see it in the list of things i have chosen… “view firewall events”, only i cannot change it. (the page also referrs to itself as a settings dialog, “what do these settings do”)
i got a message if i should allow an applicaion to hook itself, if these two (two icons are shown) are the same then its supposed to be the program’s normal function? right? or does it happen that a virused program can hook itself for the virus’s purposes?
