False Positive?

Comodo Internet Security - CIS AV False Positive/Negative Detection Reporting

This morning CIS detected as a threat mfc45.dat which is in the system32 folder. VirusTotal detected 5 of 42 engines as a threat. Here is the analysis link:

Since it’s in the system32 folder I’m hesitant to quarantine it. Is this a False Positive???
