False Positive via Valkyrie Verdict

Valkyrie Verdict seems to have identified a clients domain as spam in a false positive. It’s also categorised as ‘Media Sharing’ which it is not.

Could you advise how we can have this false positive resolved and if there’s additional information you can provide on why this was flagged?
