false positive on downloader CloudScanner.Trojan.Gen@2@1

HI, I have tried everything to reinstall this program from a saved download on my computer, the same download I have used before without trouble. It is for Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate. I keep getting the CloudScanner.Trojan.Gen@2@1, I have tried using the online web download with same effect. http://dropcanvas.com/4kyhs, can you fix this? Thanks Tim.

Workaround for this issue until FP is fixed:

Uncheck “Do Not Show Popup Alerts” under the File Rating. This way you will be alerted if a cloud threat is detected, rather than it being blocked.

Hope I helped you

REPLY TO Netguy101:

Your work around does nothing but what it was doing before, it was already popping up with this is malware, there is no way to work around it.

Have you tried clicking “ignore” and “report as a false alert”?

It does not give you the option. It just states its a trojan and thats it.

Hello suave,

Please update your CIS AV database to v20902 and check if the issue is still there.
