Is there a specific submission process to have our URL looked at?

the reason your site is being identified is that one of the other public lists are identifying it as malecious, they need to fix it first. Report Not Found | URLVoid

I’ve also just reported the file in question as a false positive to all vendors who detected it on VirusTotal. Hopefully that helps as well.
